The Roxy: Kytherian cinema dreams in Bingara

Three Kytherian partners — Peter Feros, Emanuel Aroney and George Psaltis — opened Bingara’s Roxy in 1936. Cinema lights dimmed in 1958; restoration in 2004 returned Art Deco plaster, colour and purpose. Today films, theatre company shows and functions share the building with Greek café museum stories that matter nationally.
