Myall Creek Massacre Memorial

On 10 June 1838, about twenty-eight Wirrayaraay people were murdered at Myall Creek Station — a crime that led to rare colonial prosecutions. The memorial walk (about 500 m) uses plaques in English and Gamilaraay. Visit with quiet respect; this is not entertainment. Soundtrails app content is available for on-site storytelling. Annual commemorations typically fall in June — confirm via Bingara VIC.
